Pineapple Spinach Green Smoothie


Serves: 1

2/3 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 cup/195g pineapple
1 cup/30g fresh baby spinach, packed
1/4-1/2 cup apple juice (or skim milk)
Ice (optional)

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If using frozen fruit you'll probably need to use 1/2 cup liquid instead of just 1/4.
