RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

Kids (and grown-ups) who hate anything healthy will never realize this smooth shake is good for them. Chocolate milk has only one percent fat and just as much calcium as regular milk.
Portion size 2 servings

2 1/2 cups chocolate milk
1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon liquid honey
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
In a blender, mix together chocolate milk, raspberries, yogurt, honey and cocoa until smooth. Pour into glasses. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
