Cinnamon Roll Bread

If you have a sweet tooth, this cinnamon roll bread recipe is just the thing for you. Serve this bread to your family on a special occasion or enjoy it any day as a special treat!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tablespoon dry active yeast
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cold butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Directions:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a large bowl with the warm water. Allow the mixture to sit for several minutes until it begins to foam. 
Whisk in the canola oil and salt. Stir in the flour in small batches until a sticky dough forms. 
Place the dough in a greased bowl then cover with a towel. Set the bowl in a warm place and allow the dough to rise for 15 minutes. 
Combine the cold butter, brown sugar, ground cinnamon and 1 tbsp. flour in a small bowl. Cut the butter into the dry ingredients using a fork or pastry cutter. 
Press the dough into a greased 9-inch round baking pan and sprinkle the sugar mixture over top. 
Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze while still warm. 

To Freeze: 
Prepare the cinnamon roll bread according to the instructions and freeze the uncooked bread. To heat, thaw the bread to room temperature then cook according to the directions.
