Bean and Cheese Burritos

These bean and cheese burritos are incredibly easy to prepare and they are a great last-minute meal option if you are on the run. Simply pop one of the burritos in the microwave to reheat it and you are ready to go!

1 (10-count) package flour tortilla
1 (16-ounce/454ml) can refried beans
1/4 cup salsa
8 ounces/225g shredded cheese

Stir together the beans and salsa in a small bowl. 
Lay the tortillas out flat, spoon some of the bean/salsa mixtures along the center of each tortilla. 
Sprinkle some cheese on top of each tortilla then roll it up. 

To Freeze: 
Wrap the individual burritos in plastic wrap or sandwich bags and freeze in a large Ziploc bag. Thaw in the microwave or reheat in the oven before serving.
