1 small round Canadian Brie or
Camembert, (about 200 g)
1/4 cup (50 ml) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
2 tbsp (30 ml) toasted pine nuts
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment. Cut top rind off Canadian Brie or Camembert cheese. Place remaining cheese on prepared baking sheet.
Combine sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts in a bowl. Spoon over the cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Enjoy with whole-grain crackers or bread.
