Cornbread Romano

      Yield: 1 servings

      1 c  Yellow cornmeal
      1 c  Water
      2    Eggs
      2 ts Baking powder
      6 tb Flour
    1/4 ts Cayenne
      6 tb Melted butter
      8 tb Romano cheese

  Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
 
  Place cornmeal in bowl of food processor. Add water, eggs, baking
  powder, flour and cayenne. Process until mixed. Add melted butter.
  Pulse a few seconds. Add Romano cheese. Pulse again for a few
  seconds. Pour into a 7 x 9 buttered baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  Until golden brown.
 
  Approximately 10-12 minutes.
 
  Per serving: 1627 Calories; 95g Fat (52% calories from fat); 46g
  Protein; 149g Carbohydrate; 608mg Cholesterol; 2212mg Sodium
