Bright Colours Cool Soup







Course Soups and Creams 
Yields 4 to 6

2 cups (500 ml) well-cooked vegetables, packed
2 cups (500 ml) milk
1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogourt
Seasoning of choice

Instructions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth using hand blender, blender or food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
