WHITE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

4 1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks margarine [227 g]
one 12 oz. can evaporated milk [336 ml]
pinch of salt
1 cup peanut butter [225 g]
1 pint marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix sugar, margarine, evaporated milk, salt in pot. Boil 12 minutes. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vnailla, chopped nuts. Pour into 9x13 pan
