White Chocolate Ambrosia

1 15 oz can Lite Fruit Cocktail [420 ml]
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges in lite syrup [308 ml]
1 small pkg sugarfree White Choc instant pudding
6 oz fat free cool whip [168 ml]
1 20 oz can Pineapple Tidbits [560 g]
1 C fat free sour cream
1 small pkg sugar ree Vanilla instant pudding

Drain fruit; reserve 1 1/2 C of juices. Mix Puddings with juice.
Stir in sour cream and cool whip. Fold in fruit. Chill at least 1
hour.

Makes 8 serving...1 Cup is 3 points
