Avocado Feta Salsa

2 Tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 avocados diced
2 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
4 oz crumbled feta cheese

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, red pepper. Add garlic, tomatoes, avocados and parsley. Gently stir in the feta. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
