Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Source: Pennies on a Platter

2 ripe avocados
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup agave nectar (or honey)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in bowl of processor or blender.  Blend until smooth.  Serve immediately or chill first.

It was delicious right away, but I found it even better after a couple hours in the fridge.
