Moroccan Spice-Rubbed Turkey Wraps

2 boneless, skinless turkey breasts

 Rub Ingredients:
2 Tbsp (30 mL) paprika
2 tsp (10 mL) sugar
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
½ tsp (2 mL) pepper
½ tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cumin
½ tsp (2 mL) ground cloves
½ tsp (2 mL) cinnamon
½ tsp (2 mL) allspice
½ tsp (2 mL) cayenne pepper (optional)

Tropical Dressing: 
½ cup (125 mL) Greek yogurt
¼ cup (60 mL) apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp (30 mL) mango chutney
2 Tbsp (30 mL) fresh lime juice

Wrap ingredients:
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 sweet red pepper, seeded and chopped
½ cup (125 mL) fresh mint, chopped
½ cup (125 mL) green onion, sliced
4 tortillas

Turkey Breast: 
1. Combine all ingredients (except turkey) in a bowl to create a dry rub.
2. Massage the dry rub liberally all over the turkey breasts.
3. Grill over medium-high heat until an instant read thermometer reads 170F (77C).
4. Remove to cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes.
1In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Set aside.

To Assemble Wrap:
1. Chop 2-3 cups (500-750 mL) chilled Moroccan spice-rubbed turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large bowl, toss turkey, mango, red pepper, mint and green onions with tropical dressing. Spoon onto tortillas. Wrap and serve.
