BUTTER FINGERS

Ingredients
 
1 cup chopped pecans
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 lb butter, (2 sticks)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (16 oz) box confectioner's sugar



Preparation

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all ingredients except for confectioner's (powdered) sugar.

STEP 2

Roll into small "fingers" or balls. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Roll immediately in confectioner's sugar.
