Brandy Milkshake

This recipe was inspired by an alcohol-based milkshake, known as "Dom
Pedro", which we discovered in South Africa, where it features on the
dessert menus of many restaurants.
There, it is often made with whiskey, Amarula liqueur or coffee liqueur,
but we've given it the Dutch touch with a little brandy.

A few scoops best quality vanilla ice cream
0.85 fl oz/25 ml brandy, or to taste
1.70 fl oz/50ml whipping cream

Makes 1 brandy milkshake

Add the vanilla ice cream, brandy and whipping cream to a blender and
blend until foamy.
Pour the milkshake into a chilled glass and serve ice cold.
