Blueberry-Banana Pie

‘Blueberry Recipes: Martha’s Blueberry Collection,' by Martha Turner

1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 cups fresh blueberries, divided
1 (9-inch) baked graham cracker pie crust
1 ripe banana, sliced

In a saucepan, mix sugar, flour, lemon juice and 1 cup of the blueberries, and cook over medium heat until thickened. Cool. Stir in 3 cups of the blueberries.

Line bottom of pie crust with banana slices. Spoon blueberry mixture into crust. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
